Young Goat

A kid stands in profile, head lowered as if grazing, its whole body built from flat planes of pure color held together by one black line. Bart van der Leck titled it Young Goat. Red covers the haunch, yellow runs along the back, a small blue wedge shapes the head, and a heavy black contour closes every seam. Nothing shades, nothing models. The white ground does the work of air and pasture at once. Hang it where lines stay clean: a plain hallway, a reading nook with pale linen, anywhere that can carry one confident block of vermilion.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes. It arrives stretched over a solid wood frame, ready to hang, with the hanging hardware included.

Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Pick the size that suits your wall and furniture. If you are unsure between two, the larger one usually looks better than expected.

Each piece is made to order and shipped free with tracking, usually within a couple of weeks depending on your location. See our shipping policy for details.

Usually not, but international orders can occasionally be subject to local import fees set by your country. Anything like that is set by customs, not by us.

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email support@auvrique.com within 7 days and we will put it right. See our refund policy.
