Way of Giants

Two colossal peaks guard a narrow path in Way of Giants, a mountain vision from Nicholas Roerich. The road between them reads as a thread, small against stone mass. Cold ultramarine settles into the shadowed slopes while snow crests hold pale lilac and bone white. Broad planes of tempera-like color meet at hard edges, and the sky burns a deep, even blue above the ridgelines. Nothing crowds the composition. The emptiness does the work.
