Rough timber, a dripping wheel, and churned water fill the foreground of Watermill in Finland, a mill scene Valentin Serov painted from the near bank. Quick grey-green strokes load the current, foam breaking where it meets the sluice. Birch trunks cross the upper half, pale against a pewter sky, and moss and lichen darken the granite boulders at the footings. The brushwork stays loose and wet throughout. Yes. It ships fully assembled in an oak or ash wood frame with shatterproof plexiglass glazing, and hanging hardware already fitted to the back.

Clean the glazing with a soft, lint-free cloth; apply any cleaner to the cloth, never directly to the piece.

As a guide, a piece hung above furniture should span roughly two-thirds of that furniture width. If you are between two sizes, the larger option almost always reads better on the wall than expected.
