Quiberon opens under a low Atlantic sky, its headland pushed into the sea by wind. Pierre-Jacques Pelletier names the view with a cautious word, presumed, and the hesitation suits the coast itself, half hidden in salt haze. Grey-green water works against the rocks while pale light breaks along the shoreline, and the moor above holds its scrub and gorse in muted ochre. Brushwork stays loose where the surf churns, then tightens across the village roofs and the dark line of the peninsula, letting sea and stone sit in careful balance. A study wall, a coastal reading nook, or a hallway facing west all give this Breton seascape the room it asks for.
