To remember Andelys

The Seine bends wide below Les Andelys, and Felix Vallotton caught that exact sweep of Normandy river country in To remember Andelys, a landscape held in memory as much as observed. Chalk bluffs rise pale above a scatter of red roofs, their shadows laid in flat, unbroken planes. Vallotton draws every poplar and chimney with a hard contour, letting bands of green field and slate water carry the whole view. It belongs in a hallway or study where afternoon light falls across it, the kind of room that keeps maps, letters, and other souvenirs of travel close at hand.

Usually not, but international orders can occasionally be subject to local import fees set by your country. Anything like that is set by customs, not by us.
