A lamplit room drawn in soft watercolor and pencil, The Interior. Second Part belongs to the salon world of Konstantin Somov. Pink and grey washes build the space; the light does the rest. Look at how the walls take on a faint rose bloom while shadows pool blue in corners and along the floor.
