Suprematist Composition

A black rectangle tilts against pale ground, weightless and absolute. This is the language of Ivan Kliun and his Suprematist Composition, where geometry replaces landscape entirely and color answers only to balance. Flat planes of muted red, ochre, and charcoal overlap at slight angles, edges crisp as cut paper.
