Summer Landscape

Summer fields roll toward a distant treeline in this sunlit scene by Konstantin Yuon. Warm meadow greens dominate the foreground, broken by wildflower touches of ochre and pale gold. Overhead, cumulus clouds drift across a soft blue sky, their white forms catching full midday light.
