Park, Scheiber Hugó, Olaj Papírlemez 47.5x69 cm

Trees stand in tight clusters under a pale sky, their crowns pressed into rounded masses of green and grey. Park by Scheiber Hugó turns an ordinary public garden into a study of shape and rhythm. Paths curve between the trunks, opening small glimpses of sky and distant foliage. The oil surface carries visible brushwork, pigment laid in short confident strokes where leaves catch light and shade pools beneath the branches. Cooler blues settle along the edges while warm ochres flicker through the canopy, and the composition holds everything in a calm, almost architectural balance. A quiet corner for a hallway, reading nook, or study.
