Nude

A female body drawn in one unbroken contour fills the sheet. Nude distills the figure to essentials, leaving only the line that carries weight from shoulder to hip. Brâncuși lets charcoal do the work of anatomy. A dark stroke settles along the spine, then thins to a whisper across the breast. Warm paper glows where the body turns toward light, and shading pools softly beneath the curve of the hip. It belongs in a quiet bedroom or a dressing room, anywhere morning light is soft, where the pale outline reads like a held breath.
