Near Siena

Cypress spires rise off a ridge of blond grass, a pale dirt road threading uphill between them. Near Siena by Pyotr Konchalovsky fixes the Tuscan hills in thick, buttery oil paint. He lays the color on like wet plaster: rust-red ploughland, grey-green olive terraces, a cobalt sky pressed flat against the glare. Brushwork stays broad and physical, a Russian hand learning Italian heat stroke by stroke, and one farmhouse chimney marks the crest like a thumbprint. A stairway landing, a dining room in afternoon light, a reading nook with linen and dark wood. The scene brings dry summer heat into spaces that need a window.

Usually not, but international orders can occasionally be subject to local import fees set by your country. Anything like that is set by customs, not by us.
