Marina

Boats rest at their moorings in Marina, Gheorghe Petrascu (Gheorghe Petrascu) seascape where hulls and rigging settle into still harbor water. Painted in thick, loaded brushwork, the surface carries pigment almost like plaster. Deep ultramarine and slate blue hold the water, warmed by ochre and burnt sienna along the hulls and quayside.
