Libra

Balanced at the exact center of a midnight sky, a slender beam carries two shallow pans, level and empty. Libra by Mikalojus Konstantinas Ciurlionis turns the zodiac sign into cosmic architecture. Tempera gives the surface a matte, chalky depth: cobalt sky worked in visible strokes, small stars pricked in white and gold, a pale disc glowing low near the horizon.
