Large and Small State Emblems of the Ukrainian People Republic

Trident beside trident, large and small, drawn in clean heraldic line. This design sets the state emblems of the Ukrainian People Republic together, both shaped by Vasyl Hryhorovych Krychevsky for a nation inventing its own imagery. The tryzub carries a crossbar at its base, prongs tapering to sharp points, the smaller version simplified for seals and documents. Ink sits evenly across pale ground, edges crisp, contours disciplined rather than decorative. Blue and gold assert themselves quietly at the margins.
