House in Abramtsevo

A timber house sits deep in summer leaf, pale walls catching noon light between the birches. House in Abramtsevo finds Pyotr Konchalovsky at his most structured, each form built with a loaded brush. Paint comes up in ridges: viridian shadow under the eaves, ochre on the gable where the sun lands, a brick red roof pressed flat with the palette knife. Tree trunks lean at slight angles, and the lawn breaks into short strokes of sap green. Give it a hallway, a stair landing, or a quiet reading room that wants the calm and color of a long Russian country afternoon.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes. It arrives stretched over a solid wood frame, ready to hang, with the hanging hardware included.

Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Pick the size that suits your wall and furniture. If you are unsure between two, the larger one usually looks better than expected.

Each piece is made to order and shipped free with tracking, usually within a couple of weeks depending on your location. See our shipping policy for details.

Usually not, but international orders can occasionally be subject to local import fees set by your country. Anything like that is set by customs, not by us.

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email support@auvrique.com within 7 days and we will put it right. See our refund policy.
