Himalayas

Ridges of the Himalayas step back into cold blue distance, each range paler than the one before it. This Nicholas Roerich composition treats the mountain world as a place of color rather than scale. Tempera-like flats of lapis and cobalt build the nearer slopes, their edges sharp against thin air. Snow caps read almost white-lavender, and the sky above deepens toward indigo at the top edge. No figures, no birds, no path. The silence is the subject. Suited to a study, hallway, or any quiet corner where a single horizon can hold the eye.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes. It arrives stretched over a solid wood frame, ready to hang, with the hanging hardware included.

Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Pick the size that suits your wall and furniture. If you are unsure between two, the larger one usually looks better than expected.

Each piece is made to order and shipped free with tracking, usually within a couple of weeks depending on your location. See our shipping policy for details.

Usually not, but international orders can occasionally be subject to local import fees set by your country. Anything like that is set by customs, not by us.

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email support@auvrique.com within 7 days and we will put it right. See our refund policy.
