The piastres numeral 1102 commands the center, inked black and firm for a Porto brand of the Austrian Post in the Levant that never left the drawing board. Koloman Moser set it inside a rectilinear frame of thin rules, scrollwork corners shaded with crosshatching, lettering reserved along the base.
