About this work

The Port of Pully (Study)

Sailboats rest at their moorings on Lake Geneva while the quay of Pully runs along the shore, the scene Felix Vallotton caught in this harbor study. Masts rise in thin dark lines against a pale sky. Loaded brushstrokes of viridian and deep blue build the water, broken where hulls and their reflections meet. Sunlit houses climb the slope behind the jetty, and the Alps hold a soft gray band along the far shore. A reading nook, a quiet study, the space above a writing desk. Rooms that want a horizon, soft daylight, and the hush of a small port at midday.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — it ships fully framed and assembled, with hanging hardware already fitted to the back.

Wipe the front gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Pick the size that suits your wall and furniture. If you are unsure between two, the larger one usually looks better than expected.

Each piece is made to order and shipped free with tracking, usually within a couple of weeks depending on your location. See our shipping policy for details.

Usually not, but international orders can occasionally be subject to local import fees set by your country. Anything like that is set by customs, not by us.

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email support@auvrique.com within 7 days and we will put it right. See our refund policy.
